What We Do
At City Care Partnership, we have always developed our services to meet the needs of individuals who would often struggle in mainstream community services.

At City Care Partnership, we provide personalised support for Autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities aged 16 and over.
Our services are designed to offer stability, opportunity and belonging — whether through residential care, supported living, or community-based outreach.
How We Begin
Every new relationship starts with listening. We meet the person seeking support and, if helpful, those who know them well — family, carers, advocates, and professionals.
