Work with us
City Care Partnership is a dynamic and active employer. We are always looking to recruit staff who share our values.
What We Do
At City Care Partnership, we have always developed our services to meet the needs of individuals who would often struggle in mainstream community services.
At City Care Partnership, we don’t just support people — we empower them to thrive.
As one of the UK’s leading independent providers of specialist support for autistic people and people with learning disabilities, we deliver care that is clinically informed, relationally grounded, and led by genuine compassion and respect.
With over 30 years of experience, we co-design bespoke, forward-thinking support packages that reflect each person’s individuality, strengths, and aspirations. Whether in supported living or residential care, our services are shaped around the lives of the people we support — not the other way around.
We proudly champion Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) as a cornerstone of our practice, ensuring every interaction promotes dignity, autonomy, and meaningful engagement. This approach is supported by in-house behaviour specialists, autism-accredited teams, and a workforce trained to deliver care through a neurodivergent-informed lens.
Today, our dedicated teams support over 60 individuals across Greater Manchester, building lives filled with purpose, connection, and opportunity.
At City Care, excellence isn’t just what we do —
it’s who we are.
Parity is the heart of our Culture.
We celebrate the achievements and aspirations of every individual within City Care.
We share and respect these values…
• Champion diversity, challenge inequality
• Being positive and encouraging – lead productive and meaningful lives
• Respect choices and be aspirational
• Being honest and listening – sharing experiences and growing together
• Being active, being bold – making a real and lasting difference.
