Broom Lane Celebrates Outstanding CQC Rating
We're delighted to share that Broom Lane has been rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) – a fantastic achievement that reflects the incredible dedication, compassion and teamwork of everyone involved.
The inspection highlighted the warm, person-centred support provided every day, recognising the team's commitment to helping people live fulfilling lives and achieve great outcomes. Inspectors also praised the strong leadership, positive culture and drive to keep improving.
This success belongs to everyone who makes Broom Lane such a special place – our brilliant Community Access Support Partners (CASPs), Team Leaders, Managers and Central Services colleagues, as well as the families and professionals who work alongside us to support the people we care for.
A special thank you goes to Beth and Patrick, whose hard work and leadership throughout the inspection helped showcase the outstanding care delivered every day.
