All new Community Access Support Workers, who haven’t already, will complete the Care Certificate. A set of learning standards that social care staff have to follow. It covers your core induction training such as:
All new staff are helped into the job by having 2 weeks shadowing to support them into the job. You won't be left to 'sink-or-swim' because we want you to feel happy and confident in your new role.
All staff meet with their manager regularly for guidance and support but learn from their peers around them.
