Starting Strong: Your Induction
You’re not just a support worker — you’re a Community Access Support Partner, helping people truly connect with their communities.
Your journey begins with a 5–6 week blended induction:
You'll complete the Care Certificate through this process — but with enhanced support. You’ll be signed off by the Registered Manager when you’re confidently Fit to Practice.
You’ll receive regular supervision and reflective practice sessions and gain knowledge daily from experienced colleagues. Peer learning is embedded across teams — we learn with and from each other.
