As a Team Leader, you’ll be directing, deploying & supporting an excellent team of support workers whilst ensuring our values apply as much to your team as to the person they support.

This is your chance to be bold and aspirational and play an important role in an organisation whose last three CQC inspections have been rated ‘Outstanding’.

In order for us to continue to provide outstanding care and support, knowledge and experience of working with individuals with Autistic Spectrum Condition is essential for this position.

In return, we offer a salary of £27,795.77 - £32,346.60 (plus enhancements which may include sleep in payments) dependant on qualifications and experience.

Essential experience & qualifications 

  • Must have a full UK manual driving licence.
  • Experience of managing a team in a residential setting.
  • NVQ/QCF level 3.
