We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to manage a service for individuals with learning disabilities/Autistic Spectrum Condition. As the Team Leader, you must not only share our values – you must also have the personality, lived experience and career experience to lead a service in living those values.

The people we employ are as diverse as the people we support, there is no 'One size fits all' Community Access Support Worker, so we may be looking for your life experience and personality!
We currently have a number of positions as Community Access Support Workers in services for individuals with learning disabilities/Autistic Spectrum Condition. No experience is necessary, but sharing our values, having lived experience and a full UK manual driving license are essential.
